RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

You have 30 days from the delivery date to contact the support team with the return inquiry.

Refunds, Exchanges and Returns are not applicable on clearance or discontinued items.

All Superwrap products must be returned in original packaging material with all pieces and documentation accounted for, for refund consideration. Packages missing items or documentation will be charged additional fees.

You will need to pay the shipping cost to return the package. In order for you to benefit from our discounted rates, we will be sending you a PayPal invoice for the cost of the return shipment. Once the payment is completed, we will be sending your an RMA label and the waybill that needs to be added to the package in order for us to identify your return.

All returns & exchanges are subject to a $3.99(USD) / $4.99 (CAD) restocking fee. Returned packages received with unpaid shipping costs will be returned to the customer. Any unapproved returns or returns without an RMA label will be subject to an additional 40% restocking fee and the withdrawal of the initial and return shipping charges from the refund. Returns are not applicable on clearance or discontinued items.

When the return has been received it will be validated and checked to ensure that all products are included, that no signs of usage or alteration are evident. Upon reception of your returned package, please allow at least 14 days for inspection, validation and refund or credit. Initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds on Superwrap products that were dully shipped without damage, to the registered shipping address and with the products specifically ordered.

Pre-ordered products can be refunded at any time before you have received confirmation that the order has been sent to the warehouse and has been processed.

Any unapproved returns will be subject to an additional 40% restocking fee and the withdrawal of the initial and return shipping charges from the refund. Superwrap is not responsible for products purchased through a distributor or ordering platforms other than GetSuperwrap.com and will not provide any refunds, returns or exchanges in these cases.

The customer is responsible for providing proof (order number) that their order has been placed through the GetSuperwrap.com website in order for Superwrap to offer a refund, exchange or return. The customer is responsible for contacting the third-party reseller in such situations. Refunds are not applicable on clearance or discontinued items.

Q: How durable is Superwrap?

A: The Superwrap DIY aerosol was developed to last up to 2 years and has shown great protection characteristics against road debris, rocks, salt, chemicals and UV exposure. Durability will vary depending on your application and usage. Extreme conditions such as off-roading, harsh winters, competitive use may diminish durability.

Q: On what surfaces can I apply Superwrap?

A: Superwrap DIY aerosol formula is designed specifically for the automotive industry and is tested on clear coated surfaces used by OEM car manufacturers including alloy wheels, clear coated carbon fibre and metal surfaces.

Our DIY Aerosols were formulated for wheels and accessories (grills, emblems, window trims, calipers, mirrors) applications whereas our RTS offers more application possibilities including single panels such as hood, roof and trunk.

Do not apply Superwrap on non-clear coated surfaces such as vinyl wraps, stickers, rough plastics, and plastic or laminated center caps. If you’re unsure whether you can spray our product on your surface, please contact our support team at info@getsuperwrap.com.

Q: What is the difference between Superwrap and rubber based products?

A: Although we share some characteristics with other peelable products, we are quite different. Superwrap’s vinyl based proprietary formula enables Superwrap to offer high gloss, smooth finishes straight out of the can in a one-step application which makes it very easy to maintain and clean. Superwrap uses premium Automotive pigments and is also a self-levelling product with high UV and chemical resistance. Rubber based companies can’t achieve a single step high gloss finish out of a can the way ours does.

Q: Do I really need a base coat?

A: Yes! We make specific base coat recommendations per color and finishes as to make your experience of spraying Superwrap DIY aerosols easier, and for the colors to match what we show you. Our base coats are also required for proper removability. Even if your surface is already black or white, you’ll need the Base Coats first.

Q: How long does shipping usually takes?

A: Our products are shipped from Canada via standard ground carriers such as UPS. Processing at our warehouse takes 1-2 business days.  Standard delivery time will vary depending on your location. You will receive your tracking number and estimated delivery date by email once the carrier provides this information. Most estimates will take between 2 and 7 business days.
