RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS
Due to the dangerous goods nature of our products, there are many shipping restrictions that require specific packaging and documentation, and therefore, it is mandatory that you follow our return instructions. Superwrap do not accept returns for used, damaged or defective products.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order which you will need to pay the shipping cost to return the package. In order to benefit from our shipping discounted rates, we will be providing the UPS waybill to return your package. This discounted rate will be deducted from the refundable amount along with the initial shipping cost.
Please keep in mind that packages with missing documentation or with the documentation not accessible to the customs agents may lead to additional shipping delays and penalty fees which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Upon reception of your returned package, please allow at least 7 days for inspection, validation and refund or credit. In the case that an item is returned damaged or with sign of usage or alteration, the cost of the item will be deducted from the refundable amount along with the cost to return the package, if applicable. Initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
Be aware that unapproved returns, the non-compliance of the HazMat shipping regulations and return instructions are subject to penalty fees which will be your responsibility and will be deducted from your refundable amount.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on Superwrap/LiquidShield products that were dully shipped, to the registered shipping address and with the products specifically ordered.
Being a DIY product, DVG Brands cannot control use of this product and will not accept liability for more than product replacement.
DVG Brands is not responsible for products purchased through a distributor or ordering platforms other than GetSuperwrap.com and will not provide any refunds, returns or exchanges in these cases.
The customer is responsible for providing proof (order number) that their order has been placed through the GetSuperwrap.com website in order for DVG Brands to offer a refund, exchange or return. The customer is responsible for contacting the third-party reseller in such situations. Refunds are not applicable on clearance or discontinued items. -
Q: How durable is Superwrap?
A: The Superwrap DIY aerosol and RTS Gallons were developed to last up to 2 years and has shown great protection characteristics against road debris, rocks, salt, chemicals and UV exposure. Durability will vary depending on your application and usage. Extreme conditions such as off-roading, harsh winters, competitive use may diminish durability.
Q: On what surfaces can I apply Superwrap?
A: DIY AERSOSOLS Superwrap DIY aerosol formula is designed specifically for the automotive industry and is tested on clear coated surfaces used by OEM car manufacturers including alloy wheels, clear coated carbon fibre andĀ metal surfaces.
Our DIY Aerosols were formulated for wheels, motorcycle parts, bicycle frames and accessories (grills, emblems, window trims, calipers, mirrors) applications only.
Do not apply Superwrap on non-clear coated surfaces such as vinyl wraps, stickers, rough plastics, and plastic or laminated center caps. If you’re unsure whether you can spray our product on your surface, please contact our support team at info@getsuperwrap.com.
A: RTS GALLONS Superwrap RTS formula is designed specifically for the automotive industry and is tested on clear coated surfaces used by OEM car manufacturers and metal surfaces.
For surfaces that are not officially tested by Superwrap, we recommend that you test spray, let dry and peel on an inconspicuous area to confirm surface compatibility. If you are unsure whether your surface is clear coated, we recommend you contact your local dealership to confirm.

A: DIY AEROSOLS Although we share some characteristics with other peelable products, we are quite different. Superwrapās vinyl based proprietary formula enables Superwrap to offer high gloss, smooth finishes straight out of the can in a one-step application which makes it very easy to maintain and clean. Superwrap uses premium Automotive pigments and is also a self-levelling product with high UV and chemical resistance. Rubber based companies canāt achieve a single step high gloss finish out of a can the way ours does.
A: RTS GALLONS Superwrap RTS is vinyl-based while other peelable paints available for DIY and professionals are rubber-based.
Our unique formula gives Superwrap RTS the ability to achieve satin or high gloss finishes out of the gun with unmatched color deepness, surface smoothness and slickness.
Vinyl is also proven to be far easier to wash and keep clean than rubber-based products as the chemical composition of rubber makes it porous and grippy, which results in a very intense accumulation of dust and dirt on the surface.Q: Do I really need a base coat?
A:Ā Yes!Ā We make specific base coat recommendations per color and finishes as to make your experience of spraying Superwrap easier, and for the colors to match what we show you.Ā Our base coats are also required for proper removability. Even if your surface is already black or white, you’ll need the Base Coats first.
Q: How long does shipping usually takes?
A: Our products are shipped from Canada via standard ground carriers such as UPS.Ā Processing at our warehouse takes 1-2 business days.Ā Standard delivery time will vary depending on your location. You will receive your tracking number and estimated delivery date by emailĀ once the carrier provides this information. MostĀ estimates will take between 2 and 7 business days.
