Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds on Superwrap products that were dully shipped without damage, to the registered shipping address and with the products specifically ordered.

Pre-ordered products can be refunded at any time before you have received confirmation that the order has been sent to warehouse and has been processed.

Any unapproved returns will be subject to an additional 40% restocking fee and the withdrawal of the initial and return shipping charges from the refund.

Superwrap is not responsible for products purchased through a distributor or ordering platforms other than GetSuperwrap.com and will not provide any refunds, returns or exchanges in these cases. The customer is responsible for providing proof (order number) that their order has been placed through the GetSuperwrap.com website in order for Superwrap to offer a refund, exchange or return. The customer is responsible for contacting the third-party reseller in such situations.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We authorize returns & exchanges if the delivered product is not the one ordered and we will rectify the situation at no additional cost. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to claim your return or exchange.

We do not accept exchanges on properly fulfilled orders.

To request a return on properly fulfilled orders, please contact our customer service department or use your Superwrap account. All returns are subject to a 3.49$ restocking fee.

All Superwrap products must be returned in original packaging material with all pieces and documentation accounted for refund consideration. Packages missing items or documentation will be charged additional fees. Returned packages received with unpaid shipping costs will be returned to the customer. When the return has been received it will be validated and checked to ensure that all products are included, that no sign of usage is evident, and that no sign of alteration is evident. Upon reception of your returned package, please allow at least 14 days for inspection, validation and refund or credit. Initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

Returns are not applicable on sales or discontinued items.

Any unapproved returns or returns without an RMA label will be subject to an additional 40% restocking fee and the withdrawal of the initial and return shipping charges from the refund.
