We do not offer refunds on Superwrap/LiquidShield products that were dully shipped, to the registered shipping address and with the products specifically ordered.
Being a DIY product, DVG Brands cannot control use of this product and will not accept liability for more than product replacement.
DVG Brands is not responsible for products purchased through a distributor or ordering platforms other than GetSuperwrap.com and will not provide any refunds, returns or exchanges in these cases.
The customer is responsible for providing proof (order number) that their order has been placed through the GetSuperwrap.com website in order for DVG Brands to offer a refund, exchange or return. The customer is responsible for contacting the third-party reseller in such situations. Refunds are not applicable on clearance or discontinued items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
You have 30 days from the delivery date to contact the support team with the return inquiry.
All Superwrap products must be returned in original packaging material with all pieces and documentation accounted for, for refund consideration. Packages missing items or documentation will be charged additional fees.
You will need to pay the shipping cost to return the package. In order for you to benefit from our discounted rates, we will be sending you a PayPal invoice for the cost of the return shipment. Once the payment is completed, we will be sending your an RMA label and the waybill that needs to be added to the package in order for us to identify your return.
All returns are subject to a $3.99 restocking fee. Returned packages received with unpaid shipping costs will be returned to the customer. Any unapproved returns or returns without an RMA label will be subject to an additional 40% restocking fee and the withdrawal of the initial and return shipping charges from the refund. Returns are not applicable on clearance or discontinued items.
Upon reception of your returned package, please allow at least 7 days for inspection, validation and refund or credit. Initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
We authorize exchanges only if the delivered product is not the one ordered and we will rectify the situation at no additional cost.
