Refund Policy

OUR POLICY

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds on Superwrap products that were dully shipped without damage, to the registered shipping address and with the products specifically ordered.

We authorize returns or exchanges if the delivered product is not the one ordered or if the delivered product was marked in error. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to claim your return or exchange.

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service department or use your Superwrap account.

All Superwrap products must be returned in original packaging material with all pieces and documentation accounted for refund consideration. Packages missing items or documentation will be charged additional fees. Returned packages received with unpaid shipping costs will be returned to the customer. When the return has been received it will be validated and checked to insure that all products are included, that no sign of usage is evident, and that no sign of alteration is evident.

Returns and exchanges are not applicable on sales or discontinued items.

Any unapproved returns will be subject to a 40% restocking fee and the withdrawal of the initial and return shipping charges from the refund.

Upon reception of your returned packaged, please allow at least 14 days for inspection, validation and refund or credit.

DAMAGE & STOLEN PACKAGE CLAIMS

It is your responsibility to inspect the contents of your shipment upon delivery while the delivery driver is present. It is important that you note any damage on the delivery receipt. Superwrap is not responsible for damages during transit.

Superwrap is not responsible for stolen packages upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to track its package and follow the shipping notifications in the tracking link that is provided to him.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Superwrap cannot control use of this product and will not accept liability for more than product replacement. SUPERWRAP SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, AND WHETHER ARISING IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY, CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING AS A RESULT OF: (A) YOUR USE OF SUPERWRAP PRODUCTS; (B) YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, SERVICES OR ANY PRIVATE OR PUBLIC GALLERY; OR (C) UNAVAILABILITY, INACCURACY, LOSS OR DELETION OF THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, SERVICES OR ANY PRIVATE OR PUBLIC GALLERY (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, CONTENT, SERVICES OR ANY PRIVATE OR PUBLIC GALLERY, DATA LOSS, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS), EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

Superwrap Plus a Professional product line and is meant to be applied in controlled conditions, with specific equipment and by professionals of the automotive paint & body industry. By purchasing Superwrap Plus, you understand the professional requirements of its application.

Superwrap READY-TO-SPRAY USAGE DISCLAIMER

The Superwrap Ready-To-Spray Series is for single panel, wheels and accessories applications only. For automative use only. Superwrap RTS needs to be sprayed in a well ventilated area. Always obey local safety and environmental regulations in the application and disposal of Superwrap RTS products. Always wear respiratory protection equipment. The Superwrap Ready-To-Spray is not available in the state of California due to VOC regulations.

Superwrap will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstance. Superwrap cannot control use of this product and will not accept liability for more than product replacement.

MISSING PRODUCT

Always inspect the contents of your delivery to ensure all the products ordered are received. If you’re missing a product please check to see if they are on back order. If a shortage is verified please contact our customer service department within 7 days of delivery and we will do everything in our power to get the parts to you in a timely manner.

WARRANTIES

All items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. In case of warranty claims it is your responsibility to contact Superwrap for claim processes. Superwrap will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competition use.
