REFUND AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, DVG BRANDS authorizes refunds or exchanges upon validation only if the delivered product is not the one ordered or if the delivered product is defective or deemed unusable. The customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to contact the Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and claim its return or exchange. Refunds or exchanges won’t be granted without evidence and validation of the claim by DVG BRANDS Support Team.
The shipping rate is based on the weight of your order and the dimensions of the box needed to ship it. This rate will be presented at checkout.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. We do not deliver to Alaska and Hawaii, or to PO Box addresses.
Our RTS Gallons cannot be shipped to California and Canada due to the VOC regulations.
We suggest registering for FedEx Delivery Manager. FedEx Delivery Manager is a solution that you more control over your deliveries, and allows you to receive alerts, request a hold for pickup at a convenient location, sign for packages online, provide delivery instructions, and request a vacation hold. Superwrap does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery, the loss of a package or a stolen package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.
Any delivery issues must be reported within 30 days of the ship date for replacement or refund consideration. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Superwrap offers a 1 Business Day Processing option at checkout. When this option is selected, your order will skip to the front of the shipping queue. This will guarantee that your order will be processed within 1 business day. Operating hours are between 8h-4h pm ET.
Due to the dangerous goods nature of our products, DVG Brands do not accept returns for used, damaged or defective items.
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return DVG BRANDS products that were duly shipped, without damage or defect, to the provided shipping address and with the products specifically ordered for refund consideration. The customer has 30 days from the delivery date to return your package with the approved RMA number and provided documentation. Initial shipping cost and 1 Business Day Processing costs are non-refundable. Any unapproved returns will be charged with a penalty fee.
ORDER CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION
In order to offer fast processing and shipping, it is impossible to cancel or modify an order once it has been processed at our warehouse.
If you’ve entered the wrong address and your address as not being processed yet, please contact our support team. If your order has already been processed, you need to change it through FedEx Delivery Manager prior to the delivery date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to wrong addresses.
DUTIES AND BROKERAGE FEES
Duty or customs tariffs are set by the destination country’s customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that the carrier supports. Superwrap products ships out from Canada. If you are ordering from United States, you may be charged with some import fees. Superwrap does not control and is not responsible for duty fees.
DVG BRANDS offers refunds on defective items, upon validation of the defect. In this case, the customer has 30 days from the delivery date to contact the Support Team at email@example.com and claim the defective item and to provide photos of the received package and defect items defect for refund or replacement purposes.
Due to the dangerous goods nature of our products, DVG BRANDS do not accept returns for defective items. In such cases, the customer should dispose of the product after the defect has been validated.
The customer has 30 days from the delivery date to contact the Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and claim an undershipment and provide photos of the package, packing list and items received. Upon validation of the undershipment, DVG BRANDS will ship the missing item(s) at no additional cost.
WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED
DVG BRANDS authorize exchanges upon validation if the delivered product is not the one ordered and will rectify the situation at no additional cost. The customer has 30 days from the delivery date to provide photos of the package, items received and packing list at email@example.com for validation purposes.
All Superwrap products are carefully inspected and signed off before being shipped to ensure there are no critical damages on any products. It is the customers responsibility to inspect the contents of their shipment upon delivery while the delivery driver is present.
The customer has 7 days from the delivery date to contact the Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to claim the damaged items and provide photos of the package, packing list and items received.
DVG BRANDS is not responsible for damages occurred during transit. In such cases, upon reception of photos of the damage(s), DVG BRANDS will handle the damage claim that has occurred during transit directly with the carrier and will wait for the claim approval for replacement or refund consideration.
DVG BRANDS will not approve the refund or replacement of the items without evidence and validation of the damage.
Being a DIY product, DVG Brands cannot control use of this product and will not accept liability for more than product replacement.
DVG Brands is not responsible for products purchased through a distributor or ordering platforms other than GetSuperwrap.com and will not provide any refunds, returns or exchanges in these cases.
The customer is responsible for providing proof (order number) that their order has been placed through the GetSuperwrap.com website in order for DVG Brands to offer a refund, exchange or return. The customer is responsible for contacting the third-party reseller in such situations.
Refunds are not applicable on clearance or discontinued items.

SUPERWRAP DIY USAGE DISCLAIMER
The Superwrap DIY Series is for wheels and accessories applications only. For automotive use only. Always obey local safety and environmental regulations in the application and disposal of Superwrap DIY products.
Being a DIY product, Superwrap cannot control the use of this product and will not accept liability for more than product replacement. All issues related to products purchased through a third-party reseller needs to be dealt with them directly.
SUPERWRAP READY-TO-SPRAY USAGE DISCLAIMER
The Superwrap Ready-To-Spray Series is for single panel, wheels and accessories and full-body applications only. For automotive use only. Superwrap RTS needs to be sprayed in a well-ventilated area. Always obey local safety and environmental regulations in the application and disposal of Superwrap RTS products. Always wear respiratory protection equipment. The Superwrap Ready-To-Spray is not available in the state of California due to VOC regulations. All issues related to products purchased through a third-party reseller needs to be dealt with them directly.
Superwrap provides sales and technical support assistance before and after the purchase process, and endeavors to provide accurate and helpful information to Customer. However, Customer shall be solely responsible for making a final determination as to the suitability and compatibility of Superwrap products for Customer’s intended use. Superwrap takes no responsibility or liability for the process, usage or end result of the products purchased on this website or any affiliated websites. All cars, paints, and surfaces are unique. Test the product on an inconspicuous area of your car before performing the full application. Pay attention to cars that have been re-painted, as all paint shops use different types and amounts of materials. Take special notice to new cars, as different car paints may take longer to cure when painted from the factory. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you release DVG BRANDS and SUPERWRAP from any and all liability regarding the results from using the products sold on our website or any affiliated websites. Please test the materials on your surface or car before applying. Please wear proper safety material and use in well ventilated areas. It is your responsibility as the end user to acquire proper respiratory equipment and use that equipment per the manufacturer specs to protect yourself. Superwrap also cannot inspect each users’ spray environment, so the user is responsible for making sure the surrounding area is safe and suitable for a spray-paint style project. Proper ventilation and fresh flowing air is important.
Superwrap will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstance. Superwrap cannot control the use of this product and will not accept liability for more than product replacement.
Always inspect the contents of your delivery and the packing list included in your shipment to ensure all the products ordered are received.
If a shortage is verified, please contact our Support Team (email@example.com) with your order number and a picture of the packing list within 14 days of delivery and we will do everything in our power to get the products to you in a timely manner.

This Agreement will be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec City, Quebec for any cause of action arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
